We ship all our products directly to you from our warehouses located in multiple locations in the West and East Coasts.

Processing Time: All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Orders are shipped and generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the order is processed. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24 - 48 hrs.

Kindly take note that due to our business utilizing multiple warehouses within the United States, orders of more than one item may arrive as separate deliveries at different times. 

Orders made to PO BOX may take up to 12 days. Additionally, we do not ship to military bases. Hawaii and Alaska

It's quality never lets us down

I grew up doing lots of puzzles with my family and we usually got puzzles from the thrift store or garage sales. We went to a specialty puzzle store recently and the clerk turned us on to these puzzles. They are indeed very well made and high quality puzzles. The price is a bit higher than other puzzle makers but on the prices are competitive. The puzzle pieces are nice and thick and the cut is great, no fuzzy edges or bent pieces. We've already finished one puzzle and have it framed up. This is are second puzzle and I can say that we will be purchasing our puzzles from them from now on.

Good Quality Puzzle

A very good puzzle. Pieces are good quality and they fit well together. There were NO missing pieces either. A hint to newer puzzlers - Don't assume there are pieces missing before finishing the puzzle. Examine the border closely and you may find pieces in the wrong places. I have rarely bought a new puzzle with missing pieces over a span of 6 years! Also, if you are looking for a puzzle similar in quality as the old Milton Bradley "Big Ben" 1 piece puzzles, the Ravensburger puzzles are very, very similar.

It sets the standard

We love these puzzles. The pictures have exceptional clarity and the pieces are both sturdy and well covered. This particular puzzle is of one of our favorite places in the world so it was a special pleasure to complete. Brought back great memories!

Perfect, challenging, and rewarding!

These puzzle is a very high-quality puzzle. The colors run true to the pony on the box, the pieces are cut with razor sharp blades (no tearout or hangers-on), the puzzle is thick enough to lock and hold tight, and the finished picture is tight enough and beautiful enough to make them worthy of gluing and framing. HOWEVER...the 1 piece puzzle is not for the amateur.
