MEGA Magnetic Building Tiles

Over the past 3 years I have purchased 5 sets (the one hundred piece sets) for classrooms in my preschool facilities. The children love using their imaginations to build with these beautiful colorful tiles. These high quality tiles are extremely durable and able to take all the abuse our preschoolers give them. Because the tiles contain small magnets I was concerned about child safety. I liked the fact that all magnets are sealed inside the tiles and the tiles are closed with rivets. Before buying Magna-Tiles I researched other brands and saw that the magnets were not secure enough to prevent possible removal by a child and were a swallowing hazard. Manga-Tiles are a better bang for your buck than the less expensive brand tiles because they are safer and more durable than other brands. I have another set of these in my cart for a gift to my little grandson! Hes going to love them!

my daughter loved these for 5 years. they really did great. i just noticed i did not write a review. here i am 5 years later. she loved them and they lasted. she walked on them, they fell repeatedly for years on our cement floors, they did not break. magnets popped out of one when she threw it at the floor but that is to be expected. these are some resilient magnets.

This set of Magna-Tiles was purchased as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter who is approaching 3.
They are recommended for 3 year olds and up. She is putting things together and will enjoy them now.
I previously taught preschool and this was a must have for my classroom. Children enjoy constructing with the different shapes and colors. It offers them the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills: ability to build two and three dimensional creations, shape recognition, patterning skills, sorting and stacking, symmetry,eye-hand coordination and creativity among other things.

These magnetic tiles are better than all the others! You don't need to look at the other brands! This is the one toy that my kids play with DAILY. They make towers, roads, castles, villages, etc. It never gets old and they find new ways to play with them all the time. They are also pretty easy to clean up because they all stick together. My only advice is to buy as many as you can, the more the better!

get these. go ahead and splurge. one of the rare toys that make the "if i could only buy ten toys for my child their entire life" list. get them for toddlers and young school-age kids, adults and older kids will love them, too. i have no experience with the cheaper version, but i can attest to the fact that this brand is extremely durable. we've had them for four years and have had many children play with them, some very roughly, including throwing them, and they have held up.
