All products are shipped directly from our warehouses across the West and East Coasts.

We solely ship items within the United States. Unfortunately shipping to Canada is not yet available.

Our processing time is 1-2 business days. Afterward, we transfer the orders to our shipping partners, who will deliver your package based on your location and the fastest available shipping option.

Once your order is processed, it typically arrives within 2 to 3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready. Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

When you order multiple products, they may be shipped from different warehouses based on availability and the fastest delivery options. If a particular toy is on backorder due to high demand, we may send your items in separate shipments to ensure the available products reach you as soon as possible.

Returns and exchanges

If you request a cancellation before your order is shipped, we’ll process it and issue a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you'll need to follow our returns process.
