We love these advent Calendars and have been buying them for 20+ years for our kids ... I suspect we always will as it has become quite the tradition!

Best advent calendar! Santa’s toys are fun and even the little lamp actually lights up! The workshop is fun to imagine the elves putting everything together and even has a sleigh and reindeer. Way better than the farm set.

This was a winner! Both of my kiddos loved it. They played with the pieces every day, and for longer as more pieces were opened. The toys are sturdy enough for my two-year-old, though some were small for her. If you have a little one who puts toys in their mouths, this is not the right set for you. My five-year-old loved being able to set up Santa's workshop.

Very cute advent calendar. This is my first experience with this and so far it's pretty impressive. All 4 of my kiddos got advent calendars this year and this is a great fit for my almost 4 year old. The toys are very cute and extremely well made. On day one he received an elf. He is totally movable. His head moves, arms, bends at the waist, etc. He came with a hat that you can put on and take off. Day 2 was a packet of tools......those are essential for a busy elf building toys. There was a saw, hammer, screwdriver, some wrenches, a drill....... They easily snap right into his hands. Today is only day 3 and he hasn't had the chance yet to open that third door, but I wanted to review so someone else could snatch one up. You can open a few days at once to catch up. If your little one likes pretend play, this is a great set for you and of course there's the thrill of having a new surprise every day.

For those of you who may be wondering how old is too old for advent calendars, my girls are 9 and 12, and they still thoroughly enjoy seeing how Santa’s workshop will expand each day as they open the next door. One year we took a break from this to do a blocks calendar, and we came back to this because all the items together form a beautiful scene that we can enjoy year after year. Blocks just seemed to have small vaguely related trinkets. We decided we’re a big fan of the whole cohesive scene!
