Neolithic Artist Historical Trip

Our rock craft kit contained very smooth rocks. I washed them with hot soapy water and let them dry. I painted them with white paint (behr paint that I had on hand). Two coats each side and let them dry over night. In the morning my son was ready to paint Keep in mind, he's 4 years old, so my goal wasn't anything but pure fun.He painted all the rocks in one sitting and once they dried flipped them over and painted or redid some of his work. It was fun and something to do on a cold winter day. He's still trying to figure out who to give them to, or where to put them, but he had fun.Recommend if you're willing to do a little work ahead of time to make the project a success.

On her birthday, my 4 YO niece was allowed to open this package first while waiting for the others to arrive. Within minutes she had the dining room table covered in paints and rocks. When I visited last week, I saw that it held her interest long enough that she had painted glow-in-the-dark rocks for her bedroom decorations. I call that a win.

My 4 ear old love it, however he wants me to draw it.My 10 year old loves to draw by himself.Just make sure to wash paint when it is wet. Hard to clean after it is dry

My kids love this kit and I love it when someone makes a craft or hobby easier for my children. The painted rock phenomenon is sweeping across our area and my kids have found a few rocks in different places. They wanted to participate by painting and hiding rocks of their own. This kit was the answer it comes with everything you need to start painting and hiding rock (including the rocks). Great value for the fun you will have!

Very good rock painting starter kit. Used the stickers , paint and ideas on the box and come out with some cute rocks.
