Glowing Magic Rocks

I let my older daughter pick a gift for my youngest's 5th birthday and she chose this. It's easy to use, comes with rocks, brushes, paint, and tubes of glow in the dark paint. My youngest has already enjoyed painting the rocks (she's finished half of them so far).

My daughter loves to paint rocks. We ordered this and found some new rocks in our neighborhood--not realizing this package also came with nice, clean, smooth rocks. We had a ton of fun painting one afternoon. The paints dry relatively quickly and look great on the rocks!

I got this for my 3 year old. Some rocks were rough and oddly shaped but we didn’t mind. We still had a great time painting them. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was really hard to wash off your skin. Other than that, this activity kept us busy and taught my daughter a thing or two about patience while waiting for the ink to dry.

I was a little worried ordering this kit after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. My 4 and 7 year old loved this activity. There was plenty of paint for both of them to share and most of the rocks were round or smooth, and varied in size. I had to help with the tattoos but it was easy. As long as they are wet and you really press them onto the rocks before peeling they come out perfectly. We even used some extra rocks we had from our garden!

This kit brings everything to paint and decorate the rocks. It's so much fun to do. I bought them for my 4 year old but he enjoys more watching me decorating the rocks. He still will paint a small one and I will help me with the decoration...it's a perfect gift or buy to keep your child entertained and working ln those milestones.
