  • We ship all our products directly to you from our warehouses located in multiple locations in the West and East Coasts.
  • Processing Time: All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. 
  • Orders are shipped and usually show up within 2 to 3 working days after processing. You'll get tracking details via email once your order is done. It may take 24 - 48 hrs for the tracking number to be active.

There's no doubt this is the top of the line in puzzles. Quality in product, picture and challenge. Just wish there was a wider selection of them.

Gift for mother

My mother only likes these puzzles because she says the pieces fit so well, the designs are great, and the quality is unsurpassed. I gave her this puzzle for Christmas and she exclaimed "you know what I like!" We had gone to Paris together so she was really happy with the Paris street scene design.

Well made - nice scene

All these puzzles are well constructed and I live the linen finish. Liked this scene very much and will keep the puzzle and do it again some year.

Not for the impatient!

I have made many 1 piece puzzles and this was one of the more challenging. As noted by others, the scene is a night and is dark. The pale blue and pale green pieces of the buildings are difficult to distinguish, as are the pieces for the rooftops and flowers, which are scattered all over. It did have all the pieces and the pieces were all cut properly. I am happy I bought it, but it will be a while until I will attempt it again.
