This is so much fun and a very reasonable price. It would make a great gift or rainy day play activity. We love anything that appeals to the senses and this certainly does.You need to use a bit of strength to initially put the set together. I found pushing the purple piece into the blue base was a little challenging. I'm always worried about breaking things but this needed quite a bit of force.However, once together this is just brilliant. My daughter loved making whippy ice creams. The sand is kinetic sand. Some kinetic sand we've used before has had some 'static' with it and it's spread around. This sand wasn't like this and stayed together really well. We put a tray underneath and the clean up took seconds with no sand residue left behind. You can bundle the sand into a little ball and squish up any remaining specks of sand with that ball with ease.If the sand starts to separate too much and not stay together you can add a few drops of water to bring it back together.Wonderful fun!

I have really enjoyed the sand for my twin grandsons. The sand stays together and isn’t very hard to clean up. The boys build small things with it and it keeps them very busy. They love it.
