Information
Our SmartKidsPlanet initiative began in 2017 when 3 geeky and dedicated parents saw a gap in the children’s toys and games market. An opportunity was spotted while we struggled to find toys and games for our kids which enriched their minds and guided them toward science, art, math and construction. The trio then knew that their paths were set, establishing an online shop with a comprehensive range of intelligent toys for babies, children and young teenagers.
With offices based in California, our SmartKidsPlanet team enjoys a daily growth in our presence within the children’s educational toys market. We love our new place in life, and we love helping young minds with their growth and skill development, all while having as much fun as possible.
This thing is so cool! My son put it together as soon as it was shipped. Excellent way for kids to get an introduction to robotics. The assembly was very easy. Foolproof!
My 8 and 6 year old grandsons put this together with minimal adult supervision in less than 10 minutes. They were thrilled that it worked! Two caveats. There are sharp parts (we did have a minor finger injury that bled, when the 8 year old decided to go ahead when the adults left the room for a moment). Also, if the potatoes or wires move at all after the clock is working, the clock resets, which was a little frustrating. All in all a great purchase, though.
Good for science Fair my son won the science fair with it now its in a different state
Gift for grandchild (9yo), haven't heard how well it works but assume it does, haven't heard otherwise. She was very excited to get it.
This is a cool project. My niece is 7 and she loved it. She got her dad to help with putting it together, so it was also dad and daughter bonding time. She has played with her New robot for hours now, what fun! The price is right too, what's not to love.
