Information
Our SmartKidsPlanet initiative began in 2017 when 3 geeky and dedicated parents saw a gap in the children’s toys and games market. An opportunity was spotted while we struggled to find toys and games for our kids which enriched their minds and guided them toward science, art, math and construction. The trio then knew that their paths were set, establishing an online shop with a comprehensive range of intelligent toys for babies, children and young teenagers.
With offices based in California, our SmartKidsPlanet team enjoys a daily growth in our presence within the children’s educational toys market. We love our new place in life, and we love helping young minds with their growth and skill development, all while having as much fun as possible.
I gave this to my grandkids ages 1 & 3. It is a big hit with both of them...definitely a winner! I am a little concerned about the quality. It feels like it wont last long but so far it is fine. They have been playing with it for 2 weeks. They can be rough on their toys. The 1 yr old will sit & feed the bird with great joy & concentration :)
Im an occupational therapist and use this toy Im my sessions. The kids LOVE it! I have used it with the magnet and worms in the holes, I have turned the worms around (tail out) and had the children use tongs to remove the works. Ive hidden the worms in a sensory box, green rice and had the children use the magnet, hands or tongs to locate the worms!
Plenty of language opportunities too!
I like the idea and it۪s cute, does not smell badly. It۪s quite light weighted and does not stand though when my toddle tries to play with it, I have to hold it with my hand. Also some worms are not easy to extract from holes even for me, they stuck there. My daughter dropped a bird several times and it۪s beak with magnet broke, I had to use tape to repair and keep magnet inside. Overall it۪s cute, my lo loves it, very frustrating for parents cause warns are so sneaky and fall to the floor all the time:)
My preschool class loved this and got lots of fine motor skill practice with catching the "worms." Not for kids under three, though, as the worms are choking hazards.
My 2 year old loves this toy! The worms get everywhere but it۪s all in good fun.
