Our SmartKidsPlanet initiative began in 2017 when 3 geeky and dedicated parents saw a gap in the children’s toys and games market. An opportunity was spotted while we struggled to find toys and games for our kids which enriched their minds and guided them toward science, art, math and construction. The trio then knew that their paths were set, establishing an online shop with a comprehensive range of intelligent toys for babies, children and young teenagers.
With offices based in California, our SmartKidsPlanet team enjoys a daily growth in our presence within the children’s educational toys market. We love our new place in life, and we love helping young minds with their growth and skill development, all while having as much fun as possible.
We wanted something musical for our kiddo and since my husband plays guitar I thought he’d get a kick out of this. My husband is more impressed with this then my child at this point since he’s only one at this point (the child not the husband). Hubs is very impressed that depending where you strum the tone changes considering it is a toy. He’s even able to play songs on it. The kiddo so far just likes to push the button that plays songs automatically and the lever that makes the electric guitar screech noise (clearly I’m not the musically inclined one here since I don’t know what that is called). Kiddo has recently started becoming interested in strumming it himself so I think it is a great toy for him to explore, learn and grow into. Very happy with this purchase.
I bought this toy guitar for my 1 year old grandson and it’s adorable. It’s decent quality and sturdy for kids to play with.
After buying this for my one year old grandson, I was somewhat disappointed. Had I known it was fun for 60- year olds I would have ordered two! He loves it and is already dancing! He loves the “blue” button!
Purchased this as a gift for my niece and she absolutely loved it!!! It was so much fun right out of box, and was a perfect gift for an 11 month old. Be sure you have at least 3 AA batteries! This guitar is a wonderful introduction to musical instruments, adding colors, lights and sound effects for irresistible fun!It is very engaging, both visually and physically. The light color on the neck matches the color of that key, for exampe: red key = red light, orange key = orange light, and so on. There are no actual guitar strings or buttons. It does pick up pretty well on the strumming motion and really encourages motor skill development! There are two volume controls, a softer setting and a louder one you can flip back and forth. You can also change the sound of the guitar, acoustic style or banjo, which can be fun for a different sound! The Whammy Bar is the most fun though!!! Enter silly mode using the whammy bar and have endless fun. Show your little ones what it really looks like to rock out! My husband was having an absolute ball acting silly putting on a show.It is made out of quality materials that be easily cleaned and is a great value for the money! I love that it can be added to other Baby Einstein instruments and you can create a whole baby band!
Very easy for kids to play. Both my one year old and 2.5 year old love it.The designed it so that when kids are playing along to the demo music, it actually sounds nice, not like some pianos where they can play off key.Great toy. Highly recommend.
