Information
Our SmartKidsPlanet initiative began in 2017 when 3 geeky and dedicated parents saw a gap in the children’s toys and games market. An opportunity was spotted while we struggled to find toys and games for our kids which enriched their minds and guided them toward science, art, math and construction. The trio then knew that their paths were set, establishing an online shop with a comprehensive range of intelligent toys for babies, children and young teenagers.
With offices based in California, our SmartKidsPlanet team enjoys a daily growth in our presence within the children’s educational toys market. We love our new place in life, and we love helping young minds with their growth and skill development, all while having as much fun as possible.
This might be my first review ever. What a cool friggen toy. Using the tools included to build the bench was awesome. I legit used the fake power drill to drill the screws into the vise. Yeah I almost didn't give it to my one year old and kept it for myself. He doesnt quite appreciate it yet but he did carry the pliers around for two days straight.
I got this for my 14 month old baby because he is very interested in daddy's tools. I'll just keep the nuts away from him for a little while since they're a bit of a possible choking hazard. But he is absolutely in love with this set already, and is incredibly busy now being in this bench with the tools!! I could see him playing with this set for a couple more years to come! And i love how the drill is electric, with forward and reverse, and the bolts thread! Only thing is i cant fit every bit of these things from the standing version of this into the travel/suitcase version, and the battery pack for the drill comes off very easily
Researched many different types of this same idea, and landed on this one. Mostly based on reviews, price, and overall function. My kid loves playing with the drill which has a built in ratchet feature so that she wont break it if she does not let off of the trigger. Only issue is that the FWR REV is backwards on the switch, but I may eventually open it to correct that and just re-wire it. Not a big deal at all. So many cool little thins like a wrench, vice, hammer and the safety gear which she loves wearing too.
My two years old likes it. Easy to assemble. It couldve been more stronger.
I was surprised with how many tools this set came with. There are multiple screwdrivers, pliers and then a pretty realistic style drill with different attachments. The drill has an awesome led light like the real ones and also spins both ways. The workbench is a little short but it's also designed to be portable which is cool if you want to take it to different places. My kids loved the protective great surprisingly and were fighting over wearing the helmet, goggles and mouth cover. You get a ton of pieces to play with in this set and it is well worth the cost.
