We ship all our products directly to you from our warehouses located in multiple locations in the West and East Coasts.

Processing Time: All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Orders are shipped and generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the order is processed. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24 - 48 hrs.

Kindly take note that due to our business utilizing multiple warehouses within the United States, orders of more than one item may arrive as separate deliveries at different times. 

Orders made to PO BOX may take up to 12 days. Additionally, we do not ship to military bases. Hawaii and Alaska

Cute

Daughter loves it, yes the sound is low but I like it that way so I don't have to listen. She puts it to her ear like a phone and sings.

Sound quality

My 8 month old day loves baby shark and I got her this phone for her. She absolutely loves it, the only down side is its not very loud, you actually have to place the phone next to your ear of u want to hear the baby shark song or have the room absolutely quiet in order to hear the button functions when pressed, which is very disappointing, especially when she wants to play with it in the car. Over all its very well made and good quality, the only thing wrong with it is-you just cant hear it.

Baby shark phone

My daughter is obsessed with baby shark, she is also obsessed with putting phones to her ear and saying hello so this is the perfect combination. It plays the baby shark song and has other great features also, it counts, says the alphabet and plays other songs. I got this on sale and I am so glad I scored it for my daughter!

Quieter than expected

Perfect gift for my one year old ( my 3 year old plays with it too). I have to say that it is kind of quiet compared to other kid toys BUT as a mom to two toddlers, I enjoy a toy that makes noise and keep them happy and engaged while not killing my ears with annoying sounds for hours. I would definitely buy this toy again!

Not too nosy and cute

Arrived quick. It’s cute. Light weight. Price seems alright. Depending on the baby, mine seems to like it but not all kids will be attentive to a toy phone. My daughter likes things that I use a lot so if she sees me with her baby shark phone she wants to play with it.

It plays baby shark, counts and reads the abc

I think the volume is not that high but just enough because the toddler would put it near his/her ears like a phone so having it loud would hurt their ear drums. That’s my opinion so the volume is just right.
But there should be volume level for those who like it louder ...but at least it’s on a settling that doesn’t hurt the ears. I hear parents complain about toys being too loud.
