We ship all our products directly to you from our warehouses located in multiple locations in the West and East Coasts.

Processing Time: All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Orders are shipped and generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the order is processed. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24 - 48 hrs.

Kindly take note that due to our business utilizing multiple warehouses within the United States, orders of more than one item may arrive as separate deliveries at different times. 

Orders made to PO BOX may take up to 12 days. Additionally, we do not ship to military bases. Hawaii and Alaska

Gets the Kids interested in geology and off the xbox

Arrived on the correct day, albeit late evening. I got this for my young boys, oldest being 9 years (also allow me to have a 2nd childhood). We'd collected stones from a holiday just past with the theory of using these. However the rocks supplied are pretty nice and you know that they'll come up super, so we ended up using the supplied stones.At the moment we've been running it for a week and have moved onto stage 2 (you have 5 stages to work through, so you are looking at a month or bit longer to complete the cycle of polishing your rocks/stones). So I can't really comment on how it fully turns out - however after the first cycle they really do start to shine. you do get some bits in the box to put it on a ring and necklace - so we are hoping to make some jewelry out of these, with the hope of flogging them to granny and aunt's to make some money backYou only get 5 sachets of grinding powder, so it will only do what is specified in the box - so if we want to continue with others, you'll need to look at purchasing more powder. I have saved the left overs from the grinding in a bottle - so might give that a go (who knows it might still work). the only downside to this is we have to switch it off over night, as we have a small house we can hear it running during the night - not an issue for us, if you've got a garage or shed with power - then it'll be no issue.

As ordered, as advertised. :) great starter kit. Would have liked to see an extra pack of grits so doing your own stones for the first time wouldn't require buying more.

Polishes rocks like nobody's business

Bought as a gift for my partner she loves crafts and currently is loving using this product, it's well built and does an amazing job at polishing rocks, a little loud when polishing so you may want to keep it away from, your living area as rock polishing stages go on for quite some time. Very happy girlfriend so cannot ask for much more makes rocks shiny, ready for use in jewellery.
