We ship all our products directly to you from our warehouses located in multiple locations in the West and East Coasts.

Processing Time: All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Orders are shipped and generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the order is processed. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24 - 48 hrs.

Kindly take note that due to our business utilizing multiple warehouses within the United States, orders of more than one item may arrive as separate deliveries at different times. 

Orders made to PO BOX may take up to 12 days. Additionally, we do not ship to military bases. Hawaii and Alaska

The puzzle was difficult to put together due to the similarity of the colors, but once I did, it turned out to be a beautiful piece!

I really like puzzles! These high quality puzzles! There are marks on the back of how to fold! But I like to thinking and folding by myself !! it's very exciting! The picture is wonderful, you will be delighted after the picture and the work done! One of the best puzzles I've ordered

Difficult puzzle for amateurs

This was the first puzzle my family attempted in the last 20 years and our first during Covid-19. Turns out, grey-scale + buildings, sky and water is difficult. Only 'easy' part was the pieces made it clear when you had a good fit vs. bad.

As a total amateur, a puzzle that makes orientation clear is **significantly** easier than one that does not. Windows, water and sky are nearly impossible to determine up-from-down, so you are trying each piece in multiple orientations. A later puzzle that had a crowd of people wearing orange was significantly easier as you could still determine UP, and therefore finding a spot for the piece made more sense.

Good puzzle. Glad we had the energy to get it done. Then we ripped it apart and back into the box.
