Information
Our SmartKidsPlanet initiative began in 2017 when 3 geeky and dedicated parents saw a gap in the children’s toys and games market. An opportunity was spotted while we struggled to find toys and games for our kids which enriched their minds and guided them toward science, art, math and construction. The trio then knew that their paths were set, establishing an online shop with a comprehensive range of intelligent toys for babies, children and young teenagers.
With offices based in California, our SmartKidsPlanet team enjoys a daily growth in our presence within the children’s educational toys market. We love our new place in life, and we love helping young minds with their growth and skill development, all while having as much fun as possible.
Used this for science fair project-good straightforward instructions even an 8 year old can follow, and goes together quick enough to keep his attention. Works well in sun-not so much with artificial light., but I would argue this is a powerful way to illustrate the difference between sunlight and light bulbs. Good value for price
This works over and over again! My 9 year old put this together himself and even invited his friends over to watch the finished product. He learned that the bigger the bottle, the harder the stomp...the farther the rocket goes. This is a great hands on learning project.
So this worked for me right out of the box and I had no difficulties. I built it for my engineering project in college for a goof off class but it worked. It probably doesn't work for some people because they don't put grease in the gears like the instructions say in small print. Also, the sun has to be very strong for it to work. Thankfully I live in Arizona so that's no problem. Lastly, I think the wires need to be screwed in very tightly and facing the correct way.
My son loved this rocket! These kits have really helped him start his own little hobby! He is 10 and throughly enjoys these....they are not too difficult to built they are just right for his age group...too fun!
My son 6 almost 7 years old loves this toy.He put it together with little to no supervision, and he likes to take it outside. This does need a direct source of sunlight. However for a little 6 year old this is really cool.
