We ship all our products directly to you from our warehouses located in multiple locations in the West and East Coasts.

Processing Time: All orders placed after 2 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Friday will be shipped on Monday. 

Orders are shipped and generally arrive within 2 to 3 business days after the order is processed. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed. The tracking number may not become active for 24 - 48 hrs.

Kindly take note that due to our business utilizing multiple warehouses within the United States, orders of more than one item may arrive as separate deliveries at different times. 

Orders made to PO BOX may take up to 12 days. Additionally, we do not ship to military bases. Hawaii and Alaska

BB-9E is AWESOME!!

I'm a nine year old. I think it's SO cool that it lights up and rolls easy. The app is SO much better and easier than our original app for bb-8. It can go REALLY fast and it can roll on carpet. The other BB-8 did not light up and this one does! It's pretty cool. The sound comes from the iPad or phone. On the new app it has this adventure on it where you can see around the ship and find holograms and see how they look. I think that was pretty cool and a lot of fun!

Super cool droid

This has to be one of the coolest toys around. I bought this for my 10 yr olds birthday. At first I thought its kind of like a remote control car until it fell in the heater duct. (My son removed the cover) my son was devastated that his new droid is stuck. So my husband got his phone and they turned on BB9E and literally drove him up the wall of the heater duct. The droid works great. Its been inside and outside the house and enjoying watching starwars movies with us.

Invest in this toy!!!

I don't think my son has consistently loved a toy more than this one! And if you purchase the compatible forceband, you will see you kid use it even more! This toy has held up to 8 and 20 year old play with no visible sign of use at all. The app allows you to expand on its features! Definitely worth the money we pair for and then son my son is now 11, we've had this for 2 years, and he plays with it multiple times a week!

What a good little droid

Oh my gosh BB9E is a worthy little droid! He will not disappoint... from his lights (on head) to the high quality design work on his surface (I hesitate to call it paint - the color seems deeply impregnated into the surface), he is beautiful. Easy to operate and endlessly fun.

Small but fun Gift for grandson

My nine year old grandson liked it. Has an interesting 3 D type interface through an iPad which he liked. Its now two months old, the initial shine has worn off and it has taken its place on a shelf of other Starwars figures. Oh well, kids get bored fast these days. In my time I would have run it till it dropped dead and then kicked it around until I lost it. At least we were able to trade off more fiat dollars for a couple days of joy for the boy.
