The rules are simple: each card contains a word that you need to describe without using four other related ones. Our SmartKidsPlanet initiative began in 2017 when 3 geeky and dedicated parents saw a gap in the children’s toys and games market. An opportunity was spotted while we struggled to find toys and games for our kids which enriched their minds and guided them toward science, art, math and construction. The trio then knew that their paths were set, establishing an online shop with a comprehensive range of intelligent toys for babies, children and young teenagers.

With offices based in California, our SmartKidsPlanet team enjoys a daily growth in our presence within the children’s educational toys market. We love our new place in life, and we love helping young minds with their growth and skill development, all while having as much fun as possible.

Great for kids and adults!

My kids both 6 and 9 love this game, and as a parent it's fun to play it with them. The card holder offers 'levels' of difficulty so that when it's the parents turn they can up the difficulty level to make it more challenging for the adults. I love this game for kids because it makes them think about synonyms. After each turn I like to offer other options that they could have used "You could have said (blank)" so they learn and go OH YEAH!

Family fun

We have a 9 yr old and got this for him to learn how to play because he saw us play Taboo at a party once and was very interested. This is almost too easy for him but he had a great time playing it.

Bought to play with my language students, they enjoy it. I have played it with students in grades 3-7. It is a quick and can be modified for any time limit or skill level. Students do have to be able to read but it is a great way to build vocabulary.

THE KIDS LOVED IT

Niece and Nephew saw Taboo on the table when they were over and they wanted to play. I saw this and it was a great alternative to play with the kids. Cards don't look like they do on the box (not colored the same way) and they are a little harder to read, but it still works fine. The Kids loved it.

GREAT family night game

Was concerned the 5 year old couldn't do it due to the fact she can't read, but it just meant one team had a permanent guesser and one a permanent reader. The 5 year old was certainly able to answer the questions, was great for vocabulary development.

The 11 year old at first struggled to find the right way to frame clue questions but as the game went on you could see her start to think far more creatively and with more fun tips. She also learned some new words and new ways to think. Very beneficial for both children.

It was fun enough and challenging enough for the adults to also enjoy it, and the kids really had fun. Well worth the price
