Star Wars Ultimate Millennium Starship Expert Building Kit

I don't know how you can NOT give this five stars!

If you can get your hands on this set, get it! It is the largest production set ever! It is HUGE! The box itself is more like an end table than anything else. This will provide many hours of fun!

Been slowly going through the 17 bags to build this monster of a ship. There's no rush on our end because this is a nice hobby to have during a pandemic. My brother and I went halfsies on it and it's nice all these years later that we can still build together and relax (and make fun of the other when following directions seems to be a bit too much of a tall order)

The giant spiral bound book for the instructions is great, you just have to be careful while flipping it to not accidentally tear a page. Though there was some confusion on our end with the bags labeled "6", "9" and "6." Or was it "9." Either way. If you're not paying close attention, chatting/watching star wars while building and get to one of those bags, you're going to have a rough time (and a lot of free roaming bits until you can get to that point in the instructions like we did lmao).

This is the ultimate LEGO kit...probably the greatest that LEGO has ever offered. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? YES!!!

I bought it as a collectors item. Maybe someday Ill build it. Maybe not. When you encounter the size and weight of the box, youll need to take a step back and think, Am I ready for this project?!

Note that LEGO does a great job of packaging this set for shipment. And kudos to for packing it in yet a bigger box to guarantee very safe shipment to your home.

It was much bigger than I thought it was despite knowing how many pieces there were. I ended up working on it for about an hour each day after work and it's been a ton of fun. There are so many small details that just haven't existed on this level before on Legos and while I had been a bit hesitant to spend the money on this at first, I can say that it was more than worth it. There is a sense of pride and accomplishment to seeing it slowly take shape and when it's finally done, it's almost sad because the work is over. Can't wait for the next Ultimate Star Wars Lego set. Gonna be bigger and better!

My partner and I bought this LEGO set to cut back on evening television watching during the COVID shelter-in-place restrictions, and now dedicate a couple of nights per week to building this LEGO project together. Sortof like some people play cards or put together puzzles. It's a fun way to feel productive, and to connect without the distraction of television. We're now well on our way to finishing building this incredible Millennium Falcon model and can't wait to proudly display it! The book not only contains very detailed step by step instructions, but also a lot of nice history regarding Star Wars origins. This set is really awesome and is sure to keep you busy for weeks (if not months). Awesome project!
