Information
Our SmartKidsPlanet initiative began in 2017 when 3 geeky and dedicated parents saw a gap in the children’s toys and games market. An opportunity was spotted while we struggled to find toys and games for our kids which enriched their minds and guided them toward science, art, math and construction. The trio then knew that their paths were set, establishing an online shop with a comprehensive range of intelligent toys for babies, children and young teenagers.
With offices based in California, our SmartKidsPlanet team enjoys a daily growth in our presence within the children’s educational toys market. We love our new place in life, and we love helping young minds with their growth and skill development, all while having as much fun as possible.
When the pandemic hit, all playground equipment went out of stock or cost a fortune. When this went on sale at a decent price, I took it. I thought of getting this bigger size than the smaller starter slides for my 3 year old since she's already used to sliding down even taller slides at the playground.
Assembly by myself was fairly easy, except for one aggravating step, which was getting the ladder to fit snug in the base. Once assembled, the slide is very sturdy.
This is a great slide! Got it for our granddaughter who is 1 1/2 years old. It is a little bit tallish, and for the first couple of tries, she was hesitant and hung on pretty tight. But not for long! Soon she was going down head first and with no hands!
I got this slide for my grandson who is 15 months old. He was so excited that he wouldn't even wait until the base was put together to try it out. Papa held the end and I put him on top and he grinned a huge smile as he came down.
Once you get past the hassle of snapping the slide into its base, youll find that this slide is worth every penny and the sweat and swearing it took to snap it together.
I was searching for a slide that would last my tall toddler a few years, and this is one if the tallest/ longest (if not tallest) around.
