Information
Our SmartKidsPlanet initiative began in 2017 when 3 geeky and dedicated parents saw a gap in the children’s toys and games market. An opportunity was spotted while we struggled to find toys and games for our kids which enriched their minds and guided them toward science, art, math and construction. The trio then knew that their paths were set, establishing an online shop with a comprehensive range of intelligent toys for babies, children and young teenagers.
With offices based in California, our SmartKidsPlanet team enjoys a daily growth in our presence within the children’s educational toys market. We love our new place in life, and we love helping young minds with their growth and skill development, all while having as much fun as possible.
Kids loved it at our kiddos birthday party. Plan to use it at class parties as well.
Fun experience
I DID NOT want to buy this because I wanted to find it cheaper like you probably are contemplating. You will think you can use regular soap (check, you can!), you will say I can get a hose and make this work on my own...yea my DIY skills are crummy and this is not something I want to have to piece together. I will use this several times a year in my classroom, or at home for fun with my daughter. This is a convenience price, and one I was willing to pay because I have been trying to make my own for years in my classroom. I have never been successful. First time using it, I was able to get everything done perfectly and my students and I had a blast. It was easy and this product made it that way. Is it worth the money, not sure. However, I wish I got this sooner for my room.
I used this with my Mad Scientist cousins camp and the kids loved it! Even the teenagers were fascinated! I had each kid put on gloves and let them hold the bubbles. They also enjoyed popping them so smoke would appear. I۪d buy it again in a minute!
This device does work and it's pure awesomeness for kids! My son did a science fair project based on dry ice and the fun things you could do with it. It was a success, all the kids snd teachers loved it. I've seen one review here that their jar was melted, don't let that to throw you off. Most likely these people put hot boiled water in it,and threw some dry ice, this would definitely melt the jar. As per instructions you have to put warm water, not hot,to activate dry ice and create boo bubbles. They come out perfect. It's helpful sometimes to read a manual, wink wink. And all you have to do is change water to warm once the water in the jar is cold and dry ice is not getting activated. I didn't buy this device on , i got it directly from steve spangler website, and mine came with 1 pair of gloves and a small bottle of Dawn dish detergent, which i thought was a very thoughtful step. A little advice for the gloves: don't wash them in the washing machine, wash them by hand.
