The Scrappy Book Box Of Memories

So, I have to say that I don't write reviews unless I feel certain it's an awesome product, or certain it's not. This set has lasted in our home with 4 kids under 8, using it a few times a week and has lasted almost a year now. The kids (and I) love it. I can also say that for the majority of the year we had only misplaced 1 colored pencil (now we're missing a colored pencil and two markers, but hey-- a year with 4 kids). Everything has it's place, the kids can choose which method of art they want to use and I only have to get out one kit. LOVE This thing. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a ton of colors! You should have seen my drawing-loving kids' faces when they opened this up and saw how many things were inside (the number of crayons is the same as a regular box of 64, but they look more numerous and way more impressive displayed this way!). Even for a grown-up, if you enjoyed coloring as a child, part of you will wish this was yours! All the supplies are typical quality, and the "pipsqueak" washable markers fit small hands very well. The colorful carrying case is brilliant (and attractive) - keeps everything in one place and the art supplies don't get lost all over the house. The front of the case does not have the brand on it, so I took the cardboard display off the front before wrapping and let the kids guess for a while as to what might be inside. I think this is a great value for the price, and would definitely buy it again as a gift. Just looking at all the colors is enough to make you feel happier on the inside.

7 year old Granddaughter loves this set. She doesnt usually take care of some of her things but keeps this set nice and tidy. Wont let her little brother touch it. Lol Bought with a sketch pad and a kids drawing book and this made an awesome birthday gift for her. She likes to draw and this set is a great step up from markers and crayons. Enjoying the pastels and chalks a lot and makes an inexpensive introduction to other mediums like those. Case is nice but not very durable. Would be nice in a stronger box, awesome if it was wood. Would pay a higher price for that. The closure and handle are cheap plastic and the handle came off pretty quickly. We put it back into the hole and gorilla glued it. So far its working but she is not carrying it much. It stays on her desk or she will carry it by holding it like a book.

My 5 year old daughter loves the case and makes it convenient for her to take all of her art supplies anywhere in the house. The case is quite sturdy and durable. So far the best art set I have purchased for my kids.
